Nice Hotel And Friendly Staff

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights, the reception staff were friendly, check in and check out was no problem.The room was spacious and clean, equipped with bathup and shower too.

Special mention to the bell boy desk name AGUS who took us to our room and also room attandent staff called AGUS as well, he is the best, very friendly and fulfilled all my requests ... And breakfast was superb, Very good taste with lots of diffrent food.

Beautiful

Great location just outside of Kuta, quiet enough whilst being central. Clean and inviting rooms, refreshing pool and the hotel restaurant supplies a lovely breakfast. Customer service is superb 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing to stay just outside of the busy Kuta central.

I had a great stay at this resort

If you're not sure about whether to stay here or not, i was in the same boat while planning our trip. I was there earlier in the year August. there weren't many positive reviews at the time. But i liked the location and the look of the pool so i went ahead with our booking. and Im very happy to say this was one of the best hotels i stayed at on that particular trip. Pool is awesome, at the right time of day, it catches all the sun, pool bar and staff really attentive, good to chat with, also can take music requests as well.

Rooms: Excellent. We just had the standard room, but wow, it was the nicest and tidiest room i had stayed in on that trip. Breakfast buffet. exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed. Front desk also very helpful, concierge and security always happy to help you cross the main road.

The other handy thing about this hotel is there is a very good local A&E center 2 doors down, actually right next to the bank, mum had to go there for her swimmers ear problem, got that sorted asap. Mall across the road as well. $6 taksi to legian St. All i can say is if you're going to cross the road, please do so with security stopping traffic, its pretty much a small freeway/motorway.

Great experience during our honeymoon in Bali Island

Grand Mega was a very memorable place to me and my husband, this hotel was the first one that we visit during our stay in Bali, we spend 3 nights here and knowing that we were newly married, they decorate our room at no surcharge with some rose petals and swan on bed, thank you housekeeping team, we do appreciate that. Swimming pool was great as well with the bar inside it.

The food quality was great as well, breakfast, lunch and dinner menu was complete, no complain. The Kahyangan spa was great treat for me as well, I feel so rejuvenated and relaxed after the massage and spa, great experienced therapist. Recommended. Overall feedback was great stay and recommended hotel
